Your data is used exclusively to provide the core functionality of ChemAI. The uploaded image and notes are sent to a third-party AI service (Groq) to perform the chemical analysis. We do not store your uploaded files or notes on our servers after the analysis is complete. The data is processed in-memory and discarded.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share your uploaded image and notes with Groq to perform the AI analysis. We are not responsible for the data handling practices of Groq. We recommend you review their privacy policy for more information. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information during transit to our server and to the third-party AI provider. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights
