We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or damages (including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or academic misconduct) resulting from the use of or reliance on the information provided by ChemAI. All laboratory work should be conducted under supervision and with appropriate safety precautions.

You retain ownership of the images and notes you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. This includes sharing the content with our third-party AI provider (Groq) for processing.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
